• 2 meetings to discuss all things wedding

• Vendor recommendations if needed

• Final venue walkthrough

• Creation of day of timeline, vendor form, processional order, set up information, helpful checklists, + more

• Will be point of contact for all vendors starting 4 weeks out from the wedding

• Assist in decor installation 

• Direct ceremony and reception

• Direct 1-hour rehearsal

• Provide unlimited contact throughout the entire coordinating process

• Assistant coordinator for wedding day

• 8 hours of service on wedding day
