• 5 in depth details meetings

• Provide vendor scouting

• Create custom elopement guide on your wedding location

• Creation of day of timeline, vendor form, processional order, set up information, helpful checklists, + more

• Assist with permits/legal side of travel weddings

• Assist with design/mood board

• Assist with travel accommodations and location scouting

• Will be point of contact for all vendors starting 4 weeks out from the wedding

• Provide decor installation and tear down

• Direct ceremony and/or reception

• Direct rehearsal if needed

• Provide unlimited contact throughout the planning process

• Availability in three day window of wedding

• 2 planners on wedding day to ensure the job gets done!
